1. What ARBEX is

ARBEX is a software-as-a-service product that surfaces cross-state arbitrage opportunities on used vehicles. By signing up you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a dealership, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you believe credentials were compromised, change your password immediately from Settings and let us know.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, mirror, or resell ARBEX data to third parties who haven't paid for it.
• Don't reverse-engineer the scoring engine or attempt to access accounts you don't own.
• Don't use the platform to break consumer protection, lending, or auction laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Data & accuracy

We do our best to surface high-quality opportunities but listing data originates from third parties. Always verify a vehicle independently before committing capital. ARBEX scores are probabilistic ranks — not guarantees of profit.

5. Billing

Plans are invoiced monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Refunds are discretionary — reach out through contact if there's a problem.

6. Liability

ARBEX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our maximum liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
